Membership pricing is customized to our members’ specific needs. We assess the level of service required from our Travel and Wealth Teams, and then create a personalized proposal that ensures a mutually beneficial partnership.
While pricing is tailored to each account, the average membership is $750/month. The rate will be determined during the application process.

TravelWealth membership is designed to support your immediate household: spouses or partners and dependent children under the age of 25.
While extended family, friends, and colleagues are not included under a membership, select benefits may be extended to them through our Guest Traveler program (restrictions and fees apply).
Preferential pricing may also be available for extended family members or business partners who wish to establish their own TravelWealth membership.

To maintain the quality and success of our program, membership invitations are only extended to qualified applicants and based upon open space as capacity allows. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership.

Yes. TravelWealth is designed as a long-term partnership, which is why we require a one-year minimum commitment for all new members. This ensures we have the time and foundation to deliver meaningful results and lasting value.
Following the initial year, membership continues on a month-to-month basis. If you have active travel plans beyond your 12-month mark, the membership commitment extends until those trips are complete.
To conclude your membership, a minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required — assuming no upcoming travel is on the calendar.

No. TravelWealth is a membership-based service, and we do not offer one-off or à la carte bookings for non-members. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional care, access, and responsiveness to our members — and maintaining that standard requires our full focus.

Yes, you may extend select TravelWealth benefits to Guest Travelers. However, certain limitations apply, and additional fees may be incurred depending on the type of booking.

In some cases, we may refer members to trusted partners, vetted concierges, or third-party providers. However, these services are not managed by TravelWealth and may be subject to separate terms and availability.
Excluded or limited services include:
Restaurant, spa, and golf reservations (may be handled by your hotel concierge or a specialty Destination Manager)
Securing event tickets (we can connect you with a trusted ticket broker)
Booking short-term rentals through unvetted platforms (we work with luxury villa partners instead)
Managing or booking timeshares
Hotel bookings made through credit card travel portals (we provide superior alternatives for optimal support and benefits)
Changes or cancellations for bookings not made through TravelWealth
Bookings tied to conference or wedding room blocks not negotiated by us
Travel visa applications or insurance claims
Pet and service animal ticketing
Airline complaints/feedback
Lost/damaged baggage claims (should be filed in-person at the airport)
Airline seat/meal/dietary/nut-allergy requests (preferences noted but cannot be guaranteed)
Checked baggage interline agreements (see our Resource Center for guidance)
Lounge access availability or quality (refer to the LoungeReview app for current details)
Tracking expiration of your personal airline and hotel points (we assist when possible, but cannot be held responsible)
Sharing member travel details with non-travelers (without express permission)
